We currently ship within the United States.

We may expand shipping to additional regions in the future.


2. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

During peak periods, processing times may be slightly extended. If this occurs, we will inform you accordingly.

Orders are processed through our international supply chain and shipped to customers within the United States.


3. Shipping Rates

Free Standard Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all US orders, with no minimum purchase required.


4. Estimated Delivery Time

Orders are delivered using trusted shipping carriers.
Once your order has been processed, estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Processing time: 2–3 business days

  • Transit time: 4–9 business days

Estimated total delivery time: 6–12 business days

Order cut-off time: 6:00 PM (CT)
Time zone: Central Time (CT)

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to carrier delays or circumstances beyond our control.


5. Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Box addresses or military addresses (APO/FPO/DPO).

Delivery to certain remote areas may be subject to carrier limitations.


6. Undelivered or Returned Orders

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal of delivery, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping fees may apply.


7. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:
